Another Workout Calendar Done!

Well, I finished another workout calendar!

I'm really loving these Hybrid calendars! It keeps things fresh and fun. This one incorporated 5 different programs:

1) MBF/A (Megan) - you did the recovery days and the Power Ignite workouts, working the whole body, one of my favorite types of working out!

2) T25 (Shaun T) - I love Shaun T, I love his personality and his hard core workouts. BUT my body does not like his style of workouts... my neck and bladder don't like all the jumping. lol. But I did them! I just modified some of the jumping parts so I wouldn't pee my pants. haha!

3) 80 Day Obsession (Autumn) - we did the booty days, the last one for each phase. SO GOOD. They were 2x15s with 3 moves in each set. Man, my butt got a good workout on those days.

4) Body Beast (Sagi - old school!) - I will say, Sagi is not my favorite trainer to listen to, he's kind of awkward, but I pass no judgement, being in front of a camera when English isn't your first language. I mean, I get it. But MAN, he sure does know his workouts!! We did shoulders and tris one day and legs another day from him. I'm REALLY tempted to do one of his calendars next, I love his style of working out so much.

5) The Work (Amoila) - and then.... The Crucible with Amoila. UGH. I really love Amoila. His passion just jumps off into the screen and he really motivates you. His laugh and smile, and his story telling. But this dang crucible?! Holy Crap. The last one was from the last workout in The Work and each set was 100 reps of each move!! I wanted to cry. In fact.. if you saw my reel on Instagram, I think I did cry. lol

It was a HARD calendar - I really pushed myself for 3 weeks (add a few days for quick trips), but it was really FUN! If you want the calendar, you can download it HERE.

Then I went for a 2 mile run (well, walk/run...). My goal during the summer is to get in a run every day while I'm home. It's really just 4 cul-de-sacs...because my neighborhood is one big "circle" of cul-de-sacs. Running in FL summer, no matter what time of day, sweat will be dripping profusely... these spring bud lnts hide the sweat so well!! And the copper charge tanks, of course, are amazing 👏
On, the look like nothing is there, off and inside out? Looks like I peed my pants 😆

Those light n tights really are life! lol

January Calendar Printable!

I made the calendar for the year 2015. Seriously. Where does the time go!?

I also made my calendar frame for it. Just something "cute" to put it on. I have the perfect place for it when our kitchen is redone, but for now, it's just on the wall, in the middle of nowhere.

I just used a white frame, some scrapbooking paper and some foam board that I had on hand. I actually don't recommend using foam board because you won't be able to put the thumb tacks back into the same holes if you take them out. But when you have a newborn at home (I did this when she was just a week or two old) and you don't feel like leaving the house, you just use what you have at home already. So, use corkboard instead.

This is how it turned out. Bad picture because of where it's hanging. And don't mind the fold. It went in my purse for a day to write down some important dates coming up.

If you want a 2014 calendar to put up on your fridge, or on your wall, or at work, or folded up and in your purse, click the picture to download it!

iWorkout and Measurements Printables

To keep myself motivated and hold myself accountable, I have my tracker pages hanging up next to where I have my workout stuff...which just happens to be a spot that I see a lot, so it's always in my face.

(I printed up a new measurements sheets so you wouldn't see what I have already written down. I'm saving that for after the 30 day workout!)

I just started back up yesterday and my body is already thanking me. Well, it might be yelling at me because I'm already so sore. The kind of sore that needs a handicap bar to sit on the toilet. But that means it's working - woop!

Here is the workout tracker... I didn't put the days of the week on the top because you don't have to start on a Sunday or Monday to get your regimen going.  I started mine on a Saturday just because it was an exact date from when I had baby C.   You can start on a Wednesday if that works for you! Look at your calendar for the week, see when you will be needing a rest day. For me, this week, we're doing Christmas on Christmas Eve, so I'm making that my rest day. And my reward for myself is going to be new workout clothes!

The picture below is what I'm using for my measurements. I made it for about a 90 day program...kind of. It's 15 weeks. That's a little more than 90 days.  These are my major problem areas. Some people only want to measure their biceps, waist, and thighs, but I wanted to add in my middle and my hips. Just cross off whichever one(s) you don't need/want.
